MagicBag – Quick Terms

🛒 Ordering

  • You can order groceries, snacks, daily needs, and more from our website or app.

  • Prices shown include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Availability depends on stock – if something is unavailable, we’ll notify you.


💳 Payment

  • Pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).

  • Refunds for cancelled/returned orders go back to your original payment method.


🚚 Delivery

  • Delivery usually takes 30–90 minutes, depending on your location and order size.

  • Charges may apply depending on distance and order value.

  • Please provide the correct address and phone number – wrong details may cause delays.


❌ Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • MagicBag may cancel orders if items are out of stock or due to unforeseen issues.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery) can only be returned if damaged or expired at delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Non-perishable items may be eligible for return if unopened and in original condition.

  • Don’t misuse the app for unlawful purposes.

  • Be respectful towards delivery staff.
